Corinne Diez created her law firm, EkiLibre Avocats, in December 2015.
She has been practicing law for over 20 years and has a particular interest in Employment Law.
Her training began by defending employee and trade union rights, before going on to specialize in advising and supporting companies within large law firms (UGGC, Bersay & Associates, STC Partners, CPC & Associates). Here, her creativity, ability to listen, pragmatism and negotiation skills were utilized to the full.

The strategy behind creating EkiLibre Avocats, was to offer structured, efficient, and tailor-made solutions for each client.  To this end, Corinne Diez strives to works with like-minded lawyers and partners who share this same philosophy.
An advocate of continuous learning, Corinne works tirelessly to expand her knowledge for the benefit of her clients and colleagues.
She obtained a Certificate in Corporate Governance from ESSEC and MBA Executive Management from ESCP Europe.


Kevin Mavungu

Admitted to the Paris Bar in December 2019, Kevin Mavungu specializes in both advisory and litigation matters in all legal matters relating to employment.
With double degrees:  Master II degree in Law and Employment Science from Toulouse Capitole University and Master’s in Management from ISC Paris Business School,  Kevin offers  a pragmatic approach to the specific needs of companies.

Kevin Mavungu trained with leading French and International law firms such as Latham & Watkins, Orrick, Fidal and Franklin. He acquired significant experience in Employment Law and Social Security Law with a diverse clientele composed of international groups, SMEs, start-ups and non-profit organizations in various sectors (energy, banking, finance, pharmaceutical industry, aeronautics, technology).

Kevin Mavungu is fluent in English, has a passion for travel and cooking, and practices boxing and basketball regularly.

Julien Berthezène has been practicing law since 1997. He previously worked at  Moquet Borde (now Paul Hastings) and later at Gide Loyrette Nouel (Mergers & Acquisitions Department).

He is a co-founder of Temperaa Avocats, and has extensive experience in venture capital and M&A transactions for listed and unlisted companies and distressed M&A. Julien assists clients in the development of new business enterprises and in restructuring.

Julien Berthezène has a Master’s degree in Business Law from the University of Lyon III (with honors) and holds degrees in Accounting and Financial Studies (DECF) and a diploma from EM Lyon (Grande Ecole).

Julien has taught Stock Exchange Law at the University of Panthéon-Assas (Paris 2) and is an accredited mediator for the CMAP.
